PALO ALTO, Calif. (July 23, 2001) - Elibrium, Inc., the leading
provider of productivity software for small businesses, announced
today that it will co-market and distribute licensed Palm OS-compatible
applications for sale through retail channels. Elibrium entered
joint marketing agreements with three leading Palm software developers:
Communication Intelligence Corporation (NASDAQ: CICI), SoDeog Technologies
and Stand Alone, Inc. The alliances allow Elibrium to add Palm productivity
applications to its product mix and further enhance the productivity
              of its small business customers.
Elibrium will release four new Palm titles under its MySoftware
brand. WriteSmart Pro, powered by CIC's Business Survival Kit, is
comprised of the highly successful programs Jot®, QuickNotes
and WordComplete®. SyncTalk Pro, powered by SoDeog's SyncTalk
application, allows users to share information wirelessly across
different mobile computing devices. The two products powered by
Stand Alone, RapidContact Pro and QuickInfo Pro, include the applications
Super Names, Call Tracker, QuickSwitch and more.
"With our years of experience in providing solutions for busy
professionals, we feel that these Palm applications will fit our
customers' productivity needs perfectly. There is very little competition
in the retail marketplace and we expect the Palm titles to be very
successful at our top retailers such as Staples," said Christina
Willett, president and CEO of Elibrium, Inc.
"Staples is excited to offer these new titles to our small
business customers. The four titles will complement our current
assortment of handheld software by offering unique productivity
functionality to the Palm OS user, all at a good price," said
Dennis Agresti, Staples senior software buyer.
"This partnership with Elibrium allows us an entirely new
distribution channel that we hadn't been able to tap into in the
past. And our platform independent operating system will allow users
of most any handheld the ability to wirelessly exchange data,"
explained Ryan Walcott, CEO and president of SoDeog Technologies.
The MySoftware branded line of Palm applications will be in stores
              in late July 2001.
