SAN MATEO, Calif., (December 1, 2003) Elibrium LLC announced today
that software developer Tenebril Incorporated has selected Elibrium
as its strategic publishing partner. Under the terms of the agreement,
Elibrium has launched Tenebril's GhostSurf Pro product in retail
              outlets in North America.
Elibrium's publishing program enables Tenebril to sell the popular
GhostSurf Pro software on retail shelves for significantly less
cost and time than if Tenebril were to do it themselves. Leveraging
its retail relations, Elibrium has secured broad distribution and
lucrative product placements in thousands of retail outlets throughout
North America, including Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Fry's
Electronics, Micro Center, Office Depot, Office Max and Staples.
              GhostSurf Pro sells for $29.95.
GhostSurf Pro enables customers to surf the web anonymously, with
the assurance that web sites, advertisers, Internet Service Providers
and cyber criminals cannot track customers' names and physical address.
This is becoming increasingly important as identify theft is on
the rise. Additionally, GhostSurf Pro removes spyware, blocks hackers,
              and prevents annoying pop-up advertisements.
"Elibrium has proven to be a valuable partner by understanding
our exact needs and timetable and helping us execute accordingly,"
said Joshua Blanchfield, CEO of Tenebril Incorporated. "We
feel confident that, with Elibrium as our partner, GhostSurfPro
will be able to reach an ever widening audience for whom identity
theft, privacy invasions and other threats lurking in cyberspace
              are a major concern."
"Elibrium is proud of the highly successful launch of GhostSurf
Pro. Retailers are excited about this product, as evidenced by the
wide distribution, and the initial sales are excellent," said
Christina Seelye, president and CEO of Elibrium. "Our program
continues to help companies realize their products' potentials and
then turn that success into increased revenues."
